Welcome to year 5

Year 5 is currently made up of 42 children; our teachers are Mrs Gray and Miss Heathfield This year we have looked in detail at Medieval Britain -including the plague – and are currently becoming very competent scientists through our topic of ‘Alchemy Island’. So far we have visited Alnwick Castle and also had chemistry workshop to enhance our curriculum. For the remainder of the year we are excited to develop as swimmers and also looking forward to taking part in even more sporting events! Keep an eye out here to keep track of our progress.
